1. About These Terms

These Terms govern the use of www.streetgains.in, Streetgains mobile/digital interfaces and public website content operated by Streetgains Technologies Private Limited. They replace legacy product/e-commerce wording that is not relevant to Streetgains' securities-research business.

Paid Research Services are governed by the separate Client Acceptance & Research Service Agreement, current MITC, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Research Usage & Credits Policy.

2. Regulatory Status

Streetgains is a SEBI-registered non-individual Research Analyst, Registration No. INH000017082. Streetgains provides research services within the scope permitted to a Research Analyst and does not hold itself out under these Terms as a stock broker, portfolio manager or Investment Adviser.

3. Website Use

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping that materially burdens systems, security circumvention, malware distribution, impersonation, fraud or interference with other users.
• Do not copy, resell or commercially redistribute proprietary research or paid content without permission.
• Streetgains may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, regulatory compliance or material breach.

4. Research Content and Risk

Research opinions may change as market conditions and information change. Streetgains does not guarantee that a research view will be profitable, accurate in outcome or free from risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The Client/User remains responsible for whether and how to execute a trade. Streetgains does not control the Client's broker, execution price, liquidity, latency or market gaps.

5. Paid Services, Service Period and Research Credits

Each Subscription Plan's Research Credits will have a maximum Tenure to use, as disclosed at the time of Subscription. Research Credits are internal, non-cash utilization units and are not a monetary wallet or a separate promise that the subscription will remain active after the Service tenure expires.

6. Payments

Fees, payment modes and advance-fee periods are subject to applicable SEBI/RAASB requirements for the relevant category of Client. Streetgains will display the applicable fee before payment and issue the required payment/subscription records.

7. Cancellation, Hold and Termination

• Cancellation ordinarily concerns a subscription before paid-service activation.
• A Voluntary Research Delivery Hold is a temporary Premium convenience feature and does not cancel, terminate, pause or extend the Service Period.
• Premature Termination is a separate express process governed by the Client Acceptance & Research Service Agreement and applicable regulatory refund requirements.

8. Communications

Users may receive service/account communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone or app notification in accordance with their consent and applicable law. Official paid research is delivered through the channels designated for the relevant product.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary website/app design, trademarks, research formats, reports, text, graphics, databases and other content are owned by or licensed to Streetgains unless otherwise stated. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership rights.

10. Third-Party Content

Links, market data and integrations from third parties may be provided for convenience. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and accuracy. Streetgains will not be responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer and securities law.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability or Client right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights under SEBI/RAASB requirements. Subject to that qualification, Streetgains is not responsible for indirect/consequential market losses arising solely from the User's independent trading decisions, broker execution, market movement or third-party system failure.

12. Grievance and Regulatory Escalation

Research-service grievances should first be sent to compliance@streetgains.in. The Client may thereafter use SEBI SCORES and the applicable ODR mechanism in accordance with the prescribed process.

13. Changes

Additional voluntary clauses applicable to paid research will be changed only after the notice period required by the applicable SEBI/RAASB framework. Mandatory regulatory changes may be implemented as required by law.

14. Priority of Documents

For paid research: (1) mandatory SEBI/RAASB requirements and current standardized MITC; (2) Client Acceptance & Research Service Agreement; (3) Refund & Cancellation Policy and Research Usage & Credits Policy; (4) product-specific terms; and then (5) these general Website Terms, to the extent of any inconsistency.
